Hi! If you're an expat/international, and are struggling with your mental health, then you're welcome at my practice in Leiden! I am an international psychologist (Indian) and having been through the struggles that most expats face, I am able to empathise with those themes. My basis lies in the client-centered approach (holding genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard at its core). Building on that I use CBT, Schema Therapy and ACT. I offer therapy in English and Hindi.

Dat kan bijvoorbeeld faalangst, sociale angst, bindings- en of verlatingsangst zijn of angst dat veroorzaakt is door een traumatische ervaring.
