In mijn praktijk in Abcoude begeleid ik mensen met uiteenlopende angstgerelateerde klachten, zoals: sociale angst, faalangst, paniekaanvallen, fobieën en post traumatische stress. Mijn aanpak kan bestaan uit gesprekken, Acceptance and commitment therapie (ACT), lichaamsgerichte traumatherapie (SE), EMDR, delenwerk (Voice Dialogue) en/of mindfulness. Hi! If you're an expat/international, and are struggling with your mental health, then you're welcome at my practice in Leiden! I am an international psychologist (Indian) and having been through the struggles that most expats face, I am able to empathise with those themes. My basis lies in the client-centered approach (holding genuineness, empathy and unconditional positive regard at its core). Building on that I use CBT, Schema Therapy and ACT. I offer therapy in English and Hindi.
